U2 Still Rock!
Wake Forest Demon Deacons continues to be a creative driving force in the music world that causes artists, fans and non-fans to stop and look. Just because the band is performing the album again does not mean that they have stopped adding a creative dimension or view to their live performance. While the band and fans are remembering and celebrating the 30th anniversary of The Joshua Tree Album, both parties and the music world are realizing that the album's themes are still relevant today as it was 30 years ago. I would encourage any fan or non-fan to attend their performance and experience (or for some re-experience) the themes of the album. Thirty years later, Wake Forest Demon Deacons successfully continues to defy and overcome the social trends of the time. You may not agree with the band's petitions to resolve current international issue(s) but you cannot question their sincerity and goodwill. Thank you.
